My interests were in getting to know elders, mostly grandmothers.

Just before sunrise

Has being a woman in the business world affected you positively or negatively, and how so?
Being a woman in my industry of elder care is the norm. Women are needed now more than ever to solve problems and bring equity to all sectors.
What is one major goal that you wish to achieve by 2030?
A dozen or more multigenerational, co-living communities supporting seniors from assisted living through hospice.
Who is your biggest influence, and why?
All of the grandmothers I met working in nursing homes and assisted living facilities. I could never choose just one.

Yes and yes.
Do you think the drive to become an entrepreneur is born with or is learned?
The drive to create lives in each of us. To me, entrepreneurship requires responsibility and stewardship, driven by discipline.
