Some people think that the key to success lies within their daily routines. Do you agree with this, and if so, what is your daily routine?
My daily routine has become a practice, and without practice, it makes for inconsistent patterns. I love to wake up and the first thing I do is make my bed, do my hygiene routine, exercise, and then have coffee while I check my emails. I don’t typically schedule any meetings until after 10 a.m. so I can have “my time” before the day starts.
Looking back at your teenage years, did you have any entrepreneurial interests?
My entrepreneurial interests date back to elementary school bake sales and lemonade stands. I love to make money but was always influenced to be philanthropic by my father, so naturally, every endeavor had a cause to donate tied to it.
Is there a specific time of day when you feel most productive?
After my morning workout, when the endorphins are flying high and the dopamine is kicked into gear, I love to be creative and write in my journal or get through some emails.
Do you think there is one character trait/skill that is important to have in order to become a successful entrepreneur in today’s world?
Resiliency. You must have a strong backbone and be okay with failure. Getting right back up and trying again is always hard, but definitely leaning into the challenges with grace and humility will help you stay afloat.
Has being a woman in the business world affected you positively or negatively, and how so?
In the last couple of years, women have been powerfully recognized. I believe it’s been a very positive impact.
What is one major goal that you wish to achieve by 2030?
I’d love to have a family and be in love! As for business, my dream would be for SPACEMVMNT to be in every major city in the US and recognized internationally!
Who is your biggest influence, and why?
This is hard. I really need to think on it. But my gut reaction would be to say my sister; she says she is going to do something, and she just does it. She is the hardest worker I know and has so much patience and grace.
